The project is located in the city of  Panjin, Liaoning Province, the south bank of Liaohe (Liaohe Road 199), with a comprehensive land area of ​​about 6589 acres, with a total construction area of ​​over 2.4 million square meters, construction development area of ​​313 acres, consisted of A, B, C, D four regional areas, there is also Liaohe wetland sports park (263 acres). This project covers 12 major high-end facilities, the property is fully enclosed senior management intelligence community, including the Liaohe River Wetland Park, marina, water curtain movie Square, Left Bank cafe, waterfront park with three kilometers long ribbon riverside, Cultural Plaza of 30,000 square meters,  theme club of 10,000 square meters, five star hotel of 70,000 square meters, wellness spa of 15,000 square meters, International Convention and Exhibition Centre and the 27-story commercial office building subsidiary of 60,000 square meters and high-end business center of 200,000 square meters.
