In 1993, QID officially entered the field of immovable property environmental design, especially in terms of real estate space design and real estate environmental design  It has been cooperating internationally with American CM Architecture Firm and J&J Realty successively, then in 1988, QID Design Co, Ltd was set up to provide real estate design and decoration services mainly to top luxury homes worldwide.
 
In 2001, QID cooperated with Vanke to set up a state-owned enterprise―Meijia Space Design Inc, dedicated to real estate development, planning and design.
 
In 2004, QID officially established Shenzhen QID Design Consultants Co., Ltd to provide services in the fields of  tourism real estate design and planning, space and landscape system design of real estate projects. Its design and planning system of tourism real estate emphasizes on creating “tourism real estate with the richest imagination and greatest attraction”, targets at tourism resources and market docking, and interprets tourism product forms in creative ways. Space system design is oriented to the planning and improvement of project marketing props, aiming to create such theme space that can better stir customers emotionally, and comprehensively promote product added value.
