August 24, 2014, Liu Kun, the general manager of QID and Huang Jiang, the president of the Shenzhen Dafen Oil Painting Association, visited Lishui, the city of Zhejiang. They met with Cai Jian Xi, who is the vice secretary of City government of Lishui and also the President of  Zhao Shang (Business) Bureau, they talked about assisted living planning in BeiFu-Yang Mountain, planning to build an integrated assisted living master development project that includes the parts like entertainment, tourism, healthcare, real estate and assisted living.
